- A highly prospective nickel sulphide Joint Venture with Breakaway Resources Limited in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
- Over 1,500 square kilometres of prospective gold exploration tenure in the south Laverton region, adjacent to Saracen Minerals two million tonne per annum processing plant at Carosue Dam Operations, Western Australia.
- A production royalty on gold resources at Wallbrook, adjacent to Saracen Minerals two million tonne per annum processing plant at Carosue Dam Operations, Western Australia.
- A gold exploration and development Joint Venture with Norton Goldfields in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
- A 22% shareholding in Leopard Mineral plc, which holds exploration licences for uranium, copper and gold in the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia.
- A 20% free carried interest in the Peak Hill Regional Gold Project Joint Venture with Gleneagle Gold in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
- A 15% free carried interest in the Northcote gold-antimony resources operated by Republic Gold Limited, in Queensland, Australia.
- 100% ownership of 1,600 km2 of mineral exploration applications, containing surface gold anomalies, around the plus 20M ounce Boddington Gold Mine in Western Australia.
